Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirming that your payment has been cleared and we started to process your order. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a second email to confirm dispatch from our warehouse.

Please note that completing your order takes up to 14 working days as we are shipping your products straight from the manufacturer.

My order has not arrived. How long should I wait before contacting you?

Five working days after you got the email confirming that we have dispatched your order. Please contact us so that we can investigate and track the order with our carrier.

I have a missing or damaged item what should I do?
